    Thank you!

Just ordered TB polo through it. Item shipped within an hour of ordering. Free DHL express.

Even better I paid $340 instead of $495+ tax from OB’s US site. While there “might” still be custom fees, it is still a much better option.

Thanks for whoever posted this link :)

Any tips on sizing for the espadrilles?

I take a 10.5 US and 9.5 UK. Would the OB 10 be right?

Also curious what people who have bought them think of the quality and comfort.

I grabbed in my CJ size 11 and it was too small (I know people say they stretch etc but this was a case of not actually being able to get my foot in them). Returned them for 12 and fine! Seem comfy but not prob worn them

If can buy from Mr Porter as free returns worldwide

I strongly recommend to try them first.
I'm size 9 with C&J, 95 with Church's and had to take size 11 with OB!
They are comfortable, but for that price I'm a bit disappointed with quality

I bought the merino polo from SuitSupply as an alternative to the - for me - too expensive OB polo. The SuitSupply one is nice, but after 2 minutes hand wash in cold water (label says it can take 30 degrees) it shrunk like nothing I've seen before. So if anyone else goes for that, go up a size or two if you ever plan on washing it... 8-)

I'm heading out to the desert next week for a business trip and I have been thinking, "Damn, I wish I'd ordered the DAF shirt when it was in stock!"

Out of wishful thinking, I took a look at Mr. Porter and — amazingly — they had one shirt in my size. I'm guessing it was a return. I should get it tomorrow.

I don't mention this to gloat but to remind people to keep checking some of these third party retailers for availability and better discounts. Like others here, I highly recommend the Swedish company Gabucci where I scored the TB polo for 34% off the list price. https://gabucci.se/en/116/sommar

I was just perusing Matt Spaiser's fantastic blog, the Suits of James Bond, and happened on this post from a few years ago:

    https://www.bondsuits.com/james-bonds-worst-outfits/

What struck me is that several of the offenders Matt cites were the inspirations behind OB's biggest hits this summer!

It's almost as if Orlebar Brown took this post as a challenge and said, "We're going to take a few of these monstrosities and make them work."

Matt, your blog has taught me so much about men's style: things I wish I'd learned two decades ago. I am in your debt.

Thank you! Good point about them doing the less popular Bond items. They did four out of the 15 I chose. Many people would have put one or all of Roger Moore's safari shirts/jackets in there, and that's another thing OB did. But now I see that these were fairly obvious choices because these are things that stand out. While someone who thinks as practically as I am was drawn to the polo shirts, the items I could see myself wearing, they don't make an impact like the controversial items.

I pre ordered the DAF white towelling after it sold out on the first run. I tried it on in store last week and was quite disappointed and asked for a refund. Gutted because of all the hype surrounding it, it looks beautiful in the photos but on me the bottom button placement is so high that your tummy is constantly poking out and on show. I'm 6ft 2 and tried the medium.
    Anyone else have this problem?

I have it and it fits me well (perhaps an inch too long), but OB definitely makes their clothing for a certain body type.

It comes with an extra button attached to the inside label.

Have your tailor open up another button hole near the bottom of the shirt. Problem solved.

Didn't want to start another thread but heads up if you're a fan of the camp collar Thunderball shirts, the original three by Mason & Son (pink, blue and white) are back in stock, and they've added some variants: striped and gingham. $120 each, with 20% off if you buy three.

Yet less than half of what OB is charging (shrug).

For those here that own the Mason & Sons edition of the camp collar shirt, what are your thoughts? Anything to note or be aware of on sizing? Appreciate any input!

Runs about the same size as OB, but has a MUCH more relaxed fit. The shirt is just cut differently, so sizing down won’t really be a great option if you want to closer fit.

As a shorter fella, I found them a little long, but that's also true of the OB shirts I've bought. The fix is relaxed/closer to the actual ones Connery wore in TB, in my opinion.

I bought the DAF safari towel shirt (I've been waiting for years for someone to reproduce this), and I have to say its superb. One of the best things I own.

This is so Bondian I'm surprised OB didn't stick a 007 logo on it and charge another 100 :))

Just received the seersucker blue gingham.

    Mason___Sons_Camp_Collar_Shirt_Blue_Gingham_1.jpg?v=1564306648

It is a much slimmer cut than the original three linen shirts. I don't mind, but it's significant. This one fits like Craig likes them :))

Going on the OB site, it looks like almost everything (other than the swim trunks) has sold out or gotten close. Any word as to another wave coming? Considering how successful this first wave was, I'd be surprised if we didn't get more.

Next year timing appears to be getting linked to the release of No Time to Die or so I’ve been told.

Cary Fukunaga was possibly wearing a pink OB camp collar shirt during filming in Matera.

Orlebar Brown has a big presence in NTTD, but who would have thought it would be on the director and not on Bond?

Indeed. No sign of OB on Bond yet
