    Hahaha... they can never seem to make their minds up... no salt, then salt is needed... no fat, then actually Olive oil is essential, no wine, then no, having 2 glasses a day is good for you!

    I give up... and don't get me started on the 'when someone says you musn't do something' - it's like red rag to a bull... and it gets me into all sorts of trouble. :(
