    Yes there's some very big alcoholics who frequent this fine establishment (he says nodding toward TDE in the corner downing double scotches)
    Anyone interested in the winter Olympics? I suppose Barbel will be keeping a keen eye on the curlers, I understand he used be quite the curler in his youth

    I have been to a few AA meeting's with a guy for support a few years back now, it is pretty sad how these people from every walk of life get addicted to alcohol, they are no better than heroin addicts and just looking for their next fix. I attended for about 6 weeks with this guy and some of the stories that they told were heart wrenching. In the end it never worked out for him and he is still walking around pissed out of his mind, passing out and fitting.

    I'll stick to the fizzy water :D I quite like spiced rum and coke, but it dont like me, its a bit like friggins trainers and make me puke :D

    :)) Nope! This Scotsman has never been the sporty type (other than swimming, I was an excellent swimmer in my teens).
