    Perhaps we could Trump that decision, and get them to re-join the empire ? ;)
    after all only 52% of Americans wanted independence, they should have had years
    of debate over, whether it was to be a hard or soft independence ! :))

    On a happy note, I have yet another birthday on Monday, which I'm celebrating by working a ten-hour shift in a stiflingly hot, non-air conditioned library (my desk is under a glass dome!).

    My partner, however, has just told me she's booked us on a mystery tour this weekend - a coach journey to adventure awaits.

    I've just come back from Spain and it's warmer here.

    I don't mind really hot weather per se ... I just hate it in the UK !!!

    We are not equipped for it and its impossible to do anything.

    I have been in Dubai in August and it was fine. Spain I never have an issue.

    I had a 3 hour drive the other day and I was looking forward to it, just so I could sit in an air conditioned car !!! :))

    Nail biting time ( no not the football ) ;) had an interview
    Yesterday for a new job. Which would mean more money
    and lots more free time. So now I'm sitting waiting, with
    Fingers crossed for " that" phone call :))
