Too far? Everything the trailer has shown us, we've seen in Craig's 3 Bond movies thus far.
The collapsing building...similar to the Venice building in CR. The plane set piece in Austria...similar to the aerial dog fight in QoS. The chopper scene in Mexico. ..not too dissimilar to the high rise crane-ledge fight with Molloka in CR or the fight on top of the train/bridge with Patrice in SF. The car chase...we've had intense car chases with barrel roll flips in CR and QoS.
If you think about everything we've seen in the Craig era so far, there's nothing in SP that is out if the ordinary or makes it less grounded.
What about the story?

What struck me though is that Blof..., I mean Oberh....., I mean Christoph Waltz' character adresses Bond with the familiar "Du" instead of "Sie". I know it's not a spoiler anymore that they must know each other, but still interesting how a translated trailer "reveals" this where the original doesn't need or probably intend to.
What it also showed (me personally) was that not watching dubbed Bond movies in 16 years was probably the right decision...

The dubbing sounds pretty good, although I'm not one to ask since I don't speak German
It does feature a brief scene not found in any other trailers released so far.
What bothers me is not so much the quality of the dubbing, which is usually pretty good (professional actors etc.) but more the fact that tones of voice, accents (within English) and - most importantly - humor are often almost completely lost.

I hate dubbed movies (except Spaghetti Westerns, it's part of the charm). I guess outside of the US due to the huge number of mainstream US films shown overseas, dubbing is much more common. Most non-English speaking films released in the US are subtitled. There have also been some European films that have been filmed in both the native language and English because of the huge US market.
That new TV spot is quite good actually. Really looking forward to it now - the TV spots and trailers have been great, they've shown so much yet I still feel we've barely seen anything.
It confuses me though. Is this some kind of psychological interview (second time in a row?) and if so why is Lea Seydoux doing it?
Someone has to do a psychological interview on Bond in all of Daniel Craig's films. QOS didn't really have that, but CR and SF did. How else will we know what Bond's thoughts are if another character isn't there to tell us? I hope this scene doesn't turn out to be as awful as Vesper interviewing Bond on the train in CR.

Unlike for the previous films, for SPECTRE I only watched the first teaser trailer and have not watched anything since. Obviously seen plenty of pics but the level of excitement everyone is getting into with the release of every trailer and TV spot, I just can't bloody wait!! {[]
