But then...the figures wouldn't be perfectly rounded.
    a reasonable rate of return

This TWINE Letter inspired me to have a go myself...
Not as easy as it looks!!!!
Apart from the figures - which are NOT perfectly rounded! - Honestly, if you can't trust a Swiss Banker, what's the World cone to?...
I noticed Bond takes the crisp new letter and folds it in 4 before putting it in his pocket.

Regarding Robert's replica of the Atomic Energy Commission and UNIVEX ID badge...

I had planned on doing a set myself but something always came up to not permit me the time to devote to it.
Thankfully, Robert took on the project and was kind enough to provide me with a set of the ID's.

One of the things that make these ID's special is the attention to detail that most would not take the time to do.

On the UNIVEX ID Robert took the time to glue down the Brosnan photo before laminating the card. That makes the card produce a slight indentation as the photo is, ever so slightly, raised from the surface.

Think that was good....wait for it....

I'm sure you remember Bond slicing off his UNIVEX photo to place atop the Atomic Energy Commission card. Well, when I received Rob's card I noticed the Bond photo appeared raised off the card. I suspected that Rob took the extra time to do the same thing as we see in the film. That was something I had planned to do when I made this replica...They say "Great minds think alike" and I suspected Rob of actually gluing down the Bond photo over the original photo on the card.

As tempted as I was to slowly P-E-E-L the Bond photo up to see, I resisted and simply asked Rob if he was as crazy as I was to detail...Rob did not disappoint. That's exactly what he did!!!!!!

Rob, I'm glad to see that I'm not alone in going the extra mile to spend on our replicas.
PS: Andy, Jeff, Christoff and Henrik are just as "crazy" as we are...

Oh God he’s changed his moniker again, first it was BondTots, then Higgy Babe and now he’s Jizzy Wiggy Friggy Babe :)) :)) :))

EDIT: To make sense of the above, Markus (or Smiles) changed his username to J.W. FRIGGINS, but has since changed it back to Higgy Babe
PS: Andy, Jeff and Henrik are just as "crazy" as we are...

I resemble that remark Ed :D

I’m thinking, dimensions wise, possibly a very loud alarm clock from GF.

Is it the case Mr Ling carries that contains the countdown clock for the atomic device at Fort Knox?

Stunning Christof, does it countdown too? One off or are you open to a run?
  • KleynenKleynen BelgiumPosts: 396MI6 Agent
It was my friend Brian who made the drawings for this timer.
He is working on the electronics to make it count down. The electronics will make it possible to also use it as a 'regular' clock.
I made 4 of these timers. They are hidden in major cities in the US :v .
The special Side-lit light-guide digital displays are extremely rare (not to say no more existing). It took me more than 5 years to build these...
I am not going to do it again...

    Goldeneye_Mines.jpg

Three Goldeneye mines in various stages of completion. The one on the left is is just an empty shell waiting to be painted and have electronics installed. The one on the right is a part finished project I bought on ebay, it needs repainted and all of the circuitry is there but needs soldered. The centre mine is one of Ed's fantastic replicas and what the other two should hopefully end up looking like.

That’s amazing what can be done with an old joystick {[]

Is the internal circuitry difficult to find and fit?
