The place I purchased my sunglasses from tells me they will be restocking shortly:

    https://sunglasscity.com/

And I agree on the comment above about the comfort of this particular Sperry model...unbelievably comfortable, and this is coming from someone who has worn Sperrys all their life!

I have to cop to running out and buying the Sperrys as well. And they are like SLIPPERS. So comfortable with none of the "breaking in" associated with new shoes.

I just called to check the status of my sunglasses order, only to find out that they are out of stock. I spoke with Amanda who said "someone famous wore them, I forgot who, and now they are out of stock everywhere". The Power of the Bond community!

Out of curiosity: Where did you order and were you able to fully check out (paying, etc...)?
The name is Walker by the way.

It is fair to assume at this point that “Out of Stock” is a phrase we will be seeing a lot.

With the exception of the Sperrys, everything seems to be old stock remains from last year.

I was one the lucky ones to jump on them quickly but others weren’t as lucky.

It also seems that everything for this movie was already purchased and planned since last year. This makes the hunting job much harder.

My advice as soon as something is identified , do not hesitate to order it immediately before it runs out.

A sight for sport eyes in Oregon. They are online and there number is 888-223-2669. I paid in full, when i called them they said they were about to reach out to me and see if I wanted to wait for them to be restocked, or cancel order. I opted to wait until they get them back in stock. She said they were only myself and another waiting for them.

These just arrived and holy crap, are they comfortable! They are like calf-skin slippers. I know many here have an aversion to this style of shoe (I once shared the feeling), but I would definitely encourage you to reconsider.

(And I have no idea why my ankle looks zombie-blue in this picture.)

This just arrived. Size large. Not as big as I imagined. Maybe a little tailoring since it needs to the bottom cut anyway. I’m a 44” chest and 5’11”.

    I also measured the XL.

Large- Pit to pit 24”, Sleeve 25.5”
XL- Pit to Pit 26”, Sleeve 26.25”

Are the photos of one shirt or are they of the large and the extra large. It's difficult for me to tell with the different angles. How do the shoulders fit with the large?

I knew the shirt was a relaxed fit but those are some generous measurements :))

Just the Large in the pics. I had a struggle getting a good shot. :)

I knew the XL would be too big for me so didn't try it on.

The sleeve length is just about right for me. I would be concerned with the medium sleeve length. I have longer arms.

I bet you won't have trouble finding someone on this forum who would take the XL off your hands! :))
  • johnwr1johnwr1 Fallston, MDPosts: 210MI6 Agent
The shoulder seams seem to hit pretty well maybe a touch Large.

Shoulder- seam to seam 19" Large, 19.5" XL. Hard to measure exact.

If you can tell by my double chin I think I need the Bond25 diet.

I have to cop to running out and buying the Sperrys as well. And they are like SLIPPERS. So comfortable with none of the "breaking in" associated with new shoes.

Does it fit true to size?
What is your size with C&J and/or churches?
    Many thanks

Grrr slightly worried about how my large that's on the way is going to fit :# I guess there's always tailoring.

After looking at my pics again I think I need a medium also. Shortening it will help but the sleeves looked fairly baggy and had plenty of room in the chest.
I think I read the medium is 23.5" chest. Not much difference but narrower shoulders will help.

I can chime in since I just received the Sperry's myself. I take 10.5 in US sizing and 9.5 in C&Js and Churches. My 10.5 Sperry's fit true to my US sizing.

Yep - if you wanted them snugger you could go down a half size but I matched my normal sizing and they worked great.

The sunglasses turned out to have some the most AMAZING lens I have ever had ! Sunglasses fits perfect and I LOVE what I’m seeing through them. In my opinion, they can easily charge much more for those. Definitely a keeper for me even if they don’t end up in the movie :007)

Are the Vuarnet’s just called “06” and in brown? Is there anymore identification codes on the arms?

I got them from here ! They were on sale:

Considering grabbing a pair of Sperry's, but after looking at their men's size chart i'm pretty confused.

    Screen-Shot-2019-05-04-at-13-23-55.png

Since when are Aus men's sizes not equal to UK and are higher than US?? 10UK is 11.5 AUS...I don't think so ?:)
  • UNCLE27UNCLE27 EnglandPosts: 1,118MI6 Agent
I ordered my usual UK size 9 and they fit great.
And as others have said, they’re VERY comfortable straight out of the box!

Thank you all for your help!
Any recommendation for Sperrys on sale?
  • nafets47nafets47 FloridaPosts: 939MI6 Agent
Just order your normal size, that size chart is odd.

I had to laugh as on my travels this morning I came across a brand new Sunspel t-shirt that seems to be Bond 25 “ready” with holes already included. For £9 I had to take it :))

On a related note, I just noticed my favorite grey t-shirt is starting to get a couple of holes around the shoulders. The authentic Bond experience!
