When seeing TSWlM the first time in the cinema, I was 100% sure that Atlantis was not a model.
    But I was 13....

Stromberg evidently regards his helicopter pilots as disposable as Blofeld in the FYEO PTS
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Yeah. How do they hire so many henchmen when they're not just considered 'expendable' but are considered 'expendable with prejudice'?

What's the hiring process to be a henchman, by the way? What are the intangibles that come along with the paychecks?

See the first Austin Powers movie! :))

The silhouette of Bond in Eqypt is when I first really began to accept Moore as Bond

I find this whole Egyptian-sequence, old-Cambridge-chums, colonial snobbery and harem stuff very dated and smug... but this was the age of the British smutty sex comedy...

I always felt sorry for Felicca. This routine is obviously a callback to Fiona's death in TB but it's a bit confused here... does she sacrifice herself for Bond? is Sandor wanting to kill her so she doesn't give information?

Moore could play ruthless if he tried. I think the tie scene is very good

Anyone know who's doing the narrator's voice? Sometimes it sounds like Charles Gray, other times it doesn't.

The name escapes me. The villan in Marathon Man

In the commentary they say that they had to use a cardboard cut out of Moore for one shot in the pyramids scene. However, it later asked for too much money so had to be let go.

He was amazing with the similar scene in FYEO.

Dalton would have wept from anger.
And that is exactly my beef with him
