    All the Bratislava shots have been done in Vienna. I lived there at the time.....

    Interesting that in the snow chase scene none of the pursuing soldiers gets killed... but the 'rules of engagement' on action scene fatalities vary from one part of this film to another. Tonally inconsistent.

    I think this scene would be much better on a colourful firing range. Whitaker could shoot at live targets. That would help making him a better villan.

    Within this odd ensemble of villains, I still prefer to think of Whitaker as the 'main villain' rather than Koskov (insofar as there's a main villain at all) - though Koskov's subterfuge as comic trickster is more central.
