The old school naval chart on the wall of Columbo's yacht, and the raid on Kristatos' warehouse give me more of that wonderful old fashioned adventure yarn feeling which I simply love!
The scene on the beach is superb in all respects and to my mind shows Roger as one of the finest Bond actors. In some ways this is a scene that Craig's Bond might have been in... and not done anything like as well, in terms of performance. Moore performs both rage and human empathy. Craig would have left out the last part.
