Well the late great Lord Hailsham called our UK style of government an "elective dictatorship" famously and he was very nearly Prime Minister in 1963 and was Lord Chancellor between 1970 and 1974 and 1979 and 1987. Dig out his books - a legal and political master. He was at Eton with Ian Fleming.

thus technicaly and geographicaly ,making the county of Kent bigger,i was wondering
