Shame that FYEO has gone, I personally think its a underated film. Ok there are cringe-worthy moments (I think we all know what they are), but there are some great moments as well. Who can forget the finale? It was one of the few scenes of that era that actually invoked genuine suspense.
Urgh - can't believe LALD is still here - hence that's where my minus point is. Anyone care to finish it off?
Actually that's my problem with FYEO; I find it pretty unmemorable, period. It never rises above average for its entire length. The only scene I will give more than a passing grade to is the keel hauling scene - and that, of course, is more down to Ian Fleming than the film makers. So hurrah it's gone!
