I know it's early days in filming,But with a lot of Location work being done in the UK. It might of been a chance for the Producers to Give us Gala Brand, as an MI5 agent perhaps. I remember in an interview from DAD, Miranda Frost was to of been Gala Brand but this idea was Dropped.

By filming in London, England and changing some locations to look like Shanghai is probably a way of saving money. The less money they can spend, the more they can do with the budget they have. I do believe they will actually be going to Shanghai to film next year. Turkey is still in their plans too I believe. If they wanted to they could make Pinewood Studios look like Hawaii I bet.
