Ran into 2 more Spectre Morocco blazer alternatives, though both are darker colors, this is for $60 on Amazon Prime with free returns, but its just a polyester mix.
It also has some prettty loud interior lining; maybe a tailor can change that?

Unfortunately it's $180 right now but it may be good to bookmark this as I have no doubt the price will drop soon (Labor Day the latest I would imagine)

I am sharing the same concerns. After he refreshed the site last year i was under the impression he would focus more on the project and expand on it. Unfortunately the site refresh was followed by a total radio silence. I hope he is OK as well!
I think this Hawes and Curtis linen jacket takes the cake. It's on sale for $290 but I imagine as we get more into the Labor Day weekend (or the fall/BLack Friday season) this should go down to a price much closer to the Royale blazer.
Something to keep an eye on.
The color seems like it is a good match too, though I'm guessing a tailor could adjust those lapels to make them slimmer?
James Perse has a tee that is their Clear Jersey Tee in Heather Grey. It is slightly darker than the OB Tee. I have both. JP is the closest of the ones I’ll mention here. The JP is fairly similar but it is a slightly heavier in weight, but not by much. That tee runs $105 USD.
Buck Mason has their Curved Hem Pima Tee in Heather Grey. It’s not as light and airy as the OB, but the color is sort of close. Buck Mason have amazing clothing that is affordable. The Pima Tee is $45 USD.
If you don’t care about matching the curved hem of the OB Tee has then Madewell has a pretty Grey tee too. It also has a small tag on the hemline like the OB.
Bylt or Cuts Clothing have great grey options too. They are not as light and bit sportier than the OB Tee. I also have both and they serve my wardrobe well. They run between $40 and $70 depending which option you go with.
The Sunspel Classic tee, a former Bond item itself, is a good choice, in my opinion. It is close to the OB Tee
Best bang for your buck (pun intended) is Buck Mason.

Where did you find it? An older iconicalternatives post perchance? I've had this one for years (bought from the German website), so if it's "coming soon" it must certainly be a re-run. But I doubt it. I would let you have mine if interested but most likely not worth it to ship across the Atlantic. 🙄It is (was) a great affordable alternative for the Morocco jacket.

I just want to revive the discussion on taupe chinos from Spectre. Are the Johnston Murphys still the best option? Specifically looking for something to go with (but not match) the new Royale suede jacket. The Jams seem to have a good amount of grey to them, which is a plus.

Found it through a Google image search. Thanks for letting me know that it's old stock! Some kind of glitch causes it to come up as Coming Soon.
Google image search did, however, lead me to this one. Anyone with the Royale or Brunello Blazer that can attest to the similarity?
It's $400, 70% wool 20% silk 10% linen blend, but only available in Norway or Sweden or Finland.
The flapped pockets are not in an angle like they are in the original or like in Royal's version.
I am not sure if it is as close a match as you might want.
It looks nice though.

They are nice, but the taper is a bit extreme - very tight on the calves!
I own a pair of those myself and i agree. The taper is really too much.
Mine just arrived and they are defiantly a little snug...can't say I would recommend.
