So as I'm in a rush to get the shopping done, the tannoy is blaring out the ever decreasing time warnings; 'the store is closing in 5 minutes'...... 'the store is now closed, please make your way to the checkouts'.
I'm desperately trying to find (out of all things) some hairclips for micro. Are they in the hair section? The kids section? The clothes section?
A rather uninterested asda worker tells me to go look for george whoever he is. So I find george's section, and another asda gruntette who informs me she's not allowed to tell me. Eh? I'm asking for kids hairclips, not the go codes for the polaris fleet. Ok I say, suit yourself as I start my urgent search. The same gruntette finds me a few aisles along, just as I get to the much needed hairclips. "I told you that we're closed, make your way to the checkout!"
At this point my piss turned to super heated steam and both barrels were let fly;
"well i've found the damn hairclips, so I'll be going now love, thats all i was needing, and all I asked for. Perhaps you could forget being such a robot for 2 seconds and remember to be a human being and actually help someone out for once instead of barking your orders like some trumped up little chiwaaaa waaa"
Just got back from Christmas shopping at Bluewater (full of coffin dodgers wandering around blocking up all the door ways)
any way went into M&S to return something for my wife, big que in the customer service dept ( well no one was getting served ,only 2 staff ).Then 15 mins later with credit note in hand ,legs it off to the sleep wear dept ,only to join yet another que again only 2 staff . Now if I have to read another post Christmas report ,that M&S has had another bad Christmas.
Im going to run up to M&S head office in Baker street, and beat the CEO of M&S to a pulp with my knob ,
Then tell him ,that if he wants to take money,he needs to employ more staff. X-(
His whole thing about not voting or participating in the system is ludicrous IMO- if you don't LIKE the system, you have to find ways to change it, not just flounce out of it. You don't just eject it & pop in a new one... )
He does point out a lot of nonsense though, and for that I'd say he has his uses.
