You may not know this, but the city of Oslo picks out trees that are candidates to be sent to London years in advance. They mark them with paint, something I found very helpful when I cut down my Christmas tree today. Is this tree an acceptable replacement for the one the cat(s) mauled?

We need something notsbly smaller for in thr pub....
Its really pretty though. You can plant it outside on the other side of the Piz Gloria ski track.
But make sure it doesn't overshadow the Chatau Drax rifle range. The big shots will grumble in the summer.

(Freddy is pawing at thr Arse, claws out. The unitcs cylon eye goes a dangerous shade of blood red. A whine like a turbine charging can be heard, then a spark of electricity comes out of its pint slot.
Freddy staggers off, singed whiskers and fur fluffed out in all directions. Ears flat, tail between legs, he slinks off to his Mother's basket.
The Arse goes back to standby mode like nothing happened.)

I completely forgot about the ceiling here in SABS. I have found some "Blofeld's henchmen crashing in a tree" decorations to hang on the Cristmas tree. If you spin them around they will make a "Wilhelm scream".
I have made a poll (or rather two polls leading up to a finale after New Year) where we can vote for our favourite Bond Girls. It's soemthing nice to do with the family at Christmas :007)

Today was a Christmas cliche. My five-year old nephew banged on my door and demand a snow ball fight. So we battled it out, then he asked: "Do you wanna build a Snowman?"
There is only one sensible reply to that question. After finishing our snowman, including coal eyes and my grandfather's old hat, we had Christmas bread. We gave the leftover bread to the sheep next door, a treat they seemed to enjoy. Finally we went indoors where we decorated the tree. The two of us found the time for a game of chess before dinner - don't ask me who won...
At last we had dinner, soursause porridge.

(The A.r.s.e. is quietly 'ticking' to itself, its eye switching form blue to red to green as it sweeps back and forth.
Holly is sitting to attention on the bar, taking a polite interest in a huge banner TB2 is hanging up, while balancing awkwardly on a step ladder. The banner has a sheet in front of it. A model of the Graves Ice Palace is sitting on a central table in the middle of the pub, looking dull and forgotten about.
TB2 steps off the ladder, looks round the pub.)
NOW!!
(TB2 pulls a bit of rope. the sheet falls off the banner, the ARSE scans the Ice Palace with its eye and Holly presses a paw on a blue button control on the bar.
The Ice Palace lights up like a White Christmas tree and a miniature Aston Martin starts chasing after a miniature green jaguar. zipping in and out of the building. The cars flash their lights and give off missile launcher sounds.
As soon ass Holly pressed the button, a Heli drone version of Little Nelly takes off on a per-programmed course, dancing around the ceiling. Periodically, the model gyro-copter drops a little while bag of fake snow flakes, which "puffs" open showering tables or other furniture.
Finally when TB2 reveals the banner, is says in big red letters HAPPY CHRISTMAS FROM ALL AT THE SABS!!- Keeping the the Bottle Ends Up! )

(TB2 is going through his SABs checklist.
He dusts the Ice Palace inbetween the mini cars buzzing about.
Wipes the table tops, re-arranging the centre pieces.
Uses a duster on the painting of Dame Judi, the SIS Building and Thane Castle.
Clears a rack of clean glasses away , loads the washer with a lot of filthy ones.
Slots Lady Roses (currently empty) wine rack into its wall slot.
Polishes the floor till its sparkling.
Restacks the fire, sets it and lights it.
Wipes down the mods chairs, and fluffs the cushions.
Tidies up thr till [using tweezers and thick gloves]
Feeds the Siamese fighing fish......
Holly comes through thr Alsation sized cat flap, looks enquiring at TB2, she is clearly hungry.
TB2 raies a finger.)
Plan B please Cat! I have been non stop since I arrived.

The A.R.S.E switches from standby to active mode, its Cylon eye switching from an electric blue pivot to a pulsing emerald green. It scans Holly. After a moment, the A.R.S.E's aux screen lights up with an image of Holly.)

(A slot in the wall deposits a duplicate of Holly's bowl. The A.R.S.E extends a small chute, which drops a sizeable amount of steaming boiled chicken pieces into the bowl. )

Next week I am going up to Scotland to see my Parents, and Holly is coming with me as usual.
In fact, I need someone to keep an eye on things in here while I am away.
